Please verify you have taken all belongings.  It is common to forget clothes in the washer or dryer.

Confirm your flight status with your airline.  If you are being picked-up by a car service you should also confirm your pick-up.

All beds that were used during your stay should be left unmade. 

All doors and windows should be locked.

Please ensure the oven and cook-top are off and all lights in the house are also turned off.   

All dishes, pots and pans used during your stay should be cleaned and returned to their places in the cabinets.  The dishwasher should be free of all dishes.

Please remove and discard all food that you acquired during your stay from the refrigerator.

The pool should be free from any toys or floats that may have been left in it.

The garbage should be removed from inside the house to the garbage cans inside the garage.   

The air conditioning should be set at 80 degrees when leaving at all times.
