How to
Rent |

| The process to rent
the
home is simple. Follow the simple steps below and you will be on your way
to one of the most relaxing vacations you have ever had here on Marco
Island. |

| 1.
Review the Availability Calendar. It is updated daily. |
| |
| 2.
Submit the information on the Rental Request Page and any questions you may
have. |
| |
| 3.
Within 48 Hours we will send you an e-mail confirmation, response for
additional information and payment instructions. |
| |
| 4. Send us the
requested information, list of people in your party, copy of passport or
drivers license and the rental deposit. |
| |
5. Upon receipt of
the Rental Agreement you need to:
- Review the Rental Agreement;
- Sign
both copies and return both to us;
- Forward a copy of your photo identification, Driver's
License, or other identification, Passport for International reservations,
and a list of your guests.

| 6.
Upon receipt of the above, we will permanently reserve your
rental period at the house you have selected. Thirty (30) days prior to your
rental we will forward you final payment instructions. We will confirm by
e-mail that we have received your payment. |

| 7. Approximately 2
weeks before your rental we will send a key box code via email or fax. The
key box is located behind the column by the front door. A key to the front
door is inside the key box. 2 full sets of keys are on the kitchen counter.
